After graduating from law school in 2001, Gary joined KPMG’s New York City Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Practice, where he performed M&A tax due diligence, conducted extensive tax research on complex transactions and wrote technical tax memos and opinion letters, including cross-border transactions. In the spring of 2002, Gary moved back to his home town of Las Vegas where he began helping families and small businesses plan for incapacity, death and lawsuits. Attorney Fales holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Brigham Young University and a law degree also from Brigham Young where he was a member of the Law Review Board. He is a member of the bar in Connecticut, Idaho, Nevada and New York, a member of the United States Tax Court and the US District Court for the District of Nevada and Idaho.
